Some time ago I read an article on the website devsbuild. it about what should be done to prevent disagreements among business partners.
In addition to the ability to communicate and generally ‘get along’, the writer argued that partners’ DNA needs to be compatible, too.
Partnerships are not easy to sustain, and you shouldn’t expect life to be a rose garden. Just like in any other relationship, there are days of fighting and sulking. What is important is that these inner problems are not revealed to the outer world. Or if they are revealed, then it should be in a controlled manner.
In their joint performance of I Dont Want To Talk About It, Rod Stewart and Amy Belle talk openly and frankly about their many disagreements. Deep down, though, you just know they want to stay together.
I don’t know if their DNAs are compatible, but their performances certainly are. They create a great excitement in the audience (that is, in the customer ☺), with a little bit of help from the saxophonist. To view their performance please click here.
